Welcome!

***I regret that my practice is currently full and I am not taking new patients. I will update my availability as circumstances change.***

Many people are gripped with anxiety, fear, grief, anger, sadness, and general despair at what is happening in our world. These feelings may be associated with COVID-19, racial injustice, political upheaval, job loss, economic insecurity, and so much more. If you were already struggling before 2020, you may be feeling much worse. Whatever your concern, you need not suffer alone.

I provide sensitive and personalized psychotherapy for feelings of isolation, anxiety, depression, stress, difficulty sleeping, overeating (or under-eating), image disorders, body image concerns, relationship issues, or PTSD.

I will always treat you with gentleness, respect, and humor. I work differently from other therapists. We will work together as a team to create your own solutions to problems. I will support you all the way – sensitively and unconditionally – and empower you to discover your own wisdom and strength.

I will help you answer questions you may have had for a long time.”Why am I so anxious?”, “Why do I keep falling for partners who are not good for me?”, “What are my life goals?, “Do I really have depression or am I just going through a bad patch?” “Why can’t I get motivated and finish that assignment?” My approach helps you be your own change agent. Together, we’ll identify your stuck points and find solutions.

Psychotherapy can bring about personal transformation. I will ask questions about your symptoms, stress levels, sleep, nutrition, emotional state, physical health, environment, culture, and family history. My goal is to help you understand the root cause of your symptoms and help you identify a clear path to being your highest self so that you’re not struggling as you have been.

I regret that I am not currently offering psychological assessments (testing) due to Covid-19.
